THE BIRD KNOWS MY NAME places tenderness inside a world crowded by noise, observation, and uncertainty. A dark figure and a small bird share a moment of recognition, suggesting that even when identity feels scattered, something gentle still remembers who we are.
The work asks whether innocence must disappear in order for us to survive—or whether softness can become its own form of resistance.
